Mel Bircoll

Dr. Bircoll has always been way ahead of his time. In 1987 he published his pioneering work on fat grafting to the breast; 20 year later the technique is starting to gain momentum as the procedure of choice for many patients. Dr. Bircoll’s long standing interest in the utility of fat has led him to a leadership position in the next wave: use of fat as a source of stem cells for rejuvenation of other areas of the body: joints, nerves, heart, and more.
