As one of the leaders of plastic surgery in China for almost 50 years, Dr. Wei has trained many of the current leaders in the field in China. Editor of the standard Chinese textbooks of plastic surgery, including the recent 22 volume set, Dr. Wei is also the International Associate Editor for the prestigious American journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Over his many years of practice, Dr. Wei has “seen it all” and his experience dwarfs that of almost everyone else in the field.
One of China’s pioneering cosmetic surgeons, Dr. Bin has had to modify techniques from Western surgeons to apply them to the very different demands of her Chinese patients. Adapting to the requirements of minimal scarring and rapid recovery, Dr. Yu has innovated a set of procedures for lifting the midface using elastic sutures, thereby providing a natural lift that remains natural in animation, while avoiding the pullthrough common with many conventional barbed suture techniques.

Despite her relative youth, Dr. Yang has one of the world’s largest experiences in Asian eyelid surgery, having performed well over 10,000 upper blepharoplasty procedures in the past 25 years. Showing an uncommon ability to consistently create beautiful eyes from early in her training, she undertook advanced aesthetic surgery training in the U.S. and Korea. She works at her YangBao clinic with Dr. Bao, who provides expertise in upper face rejuvenation and facelifting techniques.
